The menu, is modern yet comfortable, featuring steakhouse staples like New York Strip, bone-in ribeye and skirt steak alongside Italian dishes, from classic spaghetti and meatballs to Yellowfin tuna with eggplant caponata. Virtually everything is cooked in-house, including fresh pastas (made daily), sauces and desserts.
Stella Van Buren is a modern Italian-American restaurant located at the new Westin Milwaukee hotel downtown. Stella brings Milwaukee a fresh take on the traditional steakhouse dining experience, combined with a destination-worthy wine and bourbon selection. The restaurant concept combines the flavors of a classic Italian kitchen with American steakhouse influences, all set in a modern space that appeals to today’s diner.
